1.在jsp页面添加 isELIgnored="false"，EL是关闭的，必须手动打开

<%@ page language="java" contentType="text/html; charset=UTF-8" pageEncoding="UTF-8"  isELIgnored="false"%>

2.更改web.xml文件（推荐使用）

         id="WebApp_ID" version="2.5">

这样在运行项目，在页面就可以获取${name}里的值了
